What are Umbellifers?

“Umbellifer” refers to the family of plants with umbrella-shaped flower heads. This dried bunch typically consists of:

• Ammi Majus/Visnaga: The classic “Queen Anne’s Lace” with wide, flat, snowflake-like heads.
• Wild Carrot: Tighter, nest-like heads that curl inwards.
• Fennel/Dill: Explosive, star-shaped seed heads on strong stems.

Note: As these are natural products, the exact mix may vary slightly by season, but all will have that signature lacy look.
