Olive ‘Barouni’

The Barouni olive is a distinctive variety originating from Tunisia, recognised for its large size and vibrant green colour. This olive is particularly notable for its firm texture and mild, slightly tangy flavour, which makes it a versatile choice in both culinary and table settings. Barouni olives are often enjoyed as a table olive, where their crisp bite and clean, refreshing taste shine.
