SYMPHYOTRICHUM ‘PRIMROSE PATH’

Symphyotrichum ‘Primrose Path’ is a lovely aster with pretty lilac flowers that have soft maroon-purple centres. The flowers appear in open sprays from August to November, eventually leading to a display of lovely red foliage. Initially growing to 75cm, this plant settles down to around 30cm after establishment.

This variety resembles Symphyotrichum x Eurybia schreberi, which would explain its tolerance for dry shade. ‘Primrose Path’ is perfect for adding soft colour and texture to shaded borders or woodland gardens. Its extended blooming period and attractive foliage make it a versatile and charming addition to any garden design.
