Illuminati Tower Mockorange – Proven Winner

Overview & Description

Illuminati Tower Mock Orange (Philadelphus coronarius SMNPVG PP31865) is a unique, dwarf columnar shrub prized for its narrow, space-saving form and profuse flowering. Hundreds of fragrant, single white blooms cover the erect, compact branches in late spring to early summer, creating a stunning display against the dark green foliage. This innovative cultivar is specifically bred for tighter spaces where traditional mock oranges would not fit.

Growth & Size

This variety exhibits a narrow, columnar, upright growth habit. It is a slow to moderate-growing dwarf shrub, typically reaching a mature size of about 36 48 inches in height with a spread of only 18 24 inches.

Additional Notes

It blooms in late spring to early summer. Hardy to Zone 3, it is drought-tolerant once established and prefers moist, well-drained soil. An outstanding choice for small gardens, narrow borders, foundation plantings, and fragrance gardens where columnar form, fragrant white blooms, and space-saving performance are desired.
