Bald Cypress (Taxodium distichum)

Bald Cypress is a stately and long-lived deciduous tree, known for its feathery, needle-like leaves that turn a beautiful russet colour in autumn before falling. This tree typically grows to about 20-30 m in height, making it ideal for use as a feature tree in large gardens or near water features. Bald Cypress thrives in full sun and prefers moist, well-drained soil. Its distinctive form and autumn colour make it a standout choice for landscapes.
